Gentlemen's Guarantee

Our Gentlemen’s guarantee is simple.  If you don't love your Handsome Smooths because they're a little too big or a little too small you can exchange them for a different size within 60 days. In the extremely off chance you just don't like them you are welcome to return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Beyond the above time and circumstances we still stand 100% behind our products. If you ever have a problem with one of our products, we'll make it right!  What does make it right mean? Well it means that if our product has failed to meet your expectations we'll replace it, or give you a credit to use for another of our products. 

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please refer to the return / exchange form included with your shipment.  This form has instructions for how to process your return.  If you have lost your return form, please email us at sales@handsomesmooths.com and we’ll be glad to email you a new one. Please be sure to include your name and order number if you have it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. You'll receive an email from our system as soon as your credit is applied. We typically process refunds within 5 business days but some may take up to 10 business days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If returning for an exchange, please use our Return/Exchange Form, or email us at sales@handsomesmooths.com. You will need to specify the style and size, indicate the reason for exchange, Indicate your Order ID# (This can be found on your order receipt), and also indicate your billing and shipping address.
