Guarantee / Returns

Our Guarantee

Handsome Smooths is a different kind of brand. We feel that premium products should live up to certain expectations. Those expectations though should be up to you the customer to decide.  If you feel our product did not fit, look or perform the way that you expected you are welcome to return it for a replacement or refund within 30 Days from the original purchase date.  Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the product is defective or an error was made in the shipment.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail

We realize that sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item so we're constantly trying to make the process as easy as possible.  We encourage you to contact us via email (orders@handsomesmooths) or by phone (800-920-6745 ex 81) any time you need to return/exchange an item. Often we can help help make the process faster or easier for you once we know your particular situation. If you prefer you can simply follow the guidelines below.

1. Complete the returns/exchanges form included with your order. To request a new form please email us at orders@handsomesmooths.com.
2. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.
3. Return the item via US MAIL to the address listed on the front of the packing list or original shipping label. If these aren't available please contact us for the address of the warehouse nearest to you.

Exchanges

Once we receive the original item(s) at our warehouse and if you have indicated on your return form that you would like to exchange an item(s) we will immediately send the new merchandise to you according to your wishes and notify you via email. 

Refunds

Once we receive the original item(s) at our warehouse and if you have indicated on your return form that you would like a refund or credit we will immediately process your request and notify you via email.  Refunds are processed and should appear on your credit card within 7 to 10 days of receipt at our warehouse. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the product is defective.

Handsome Smooths is constantly trying to make the shopping ritual as quick and painless as possible. Besides buying via our website you are always welcome to call us and place order over the phone at 800-920-6745. We offer a printed catalog  that can be mailed to you for browsing when you’re otherwise relegated to those locations that might not have internet access (or electricity for that matter).

Below is a list of questions and answers you might have.

How do I place an order on this website?

Sometimes placing an order online can be a difficult process especially if you are not familiar with a particular website. Below are the steps necessary to place an order on this site. If you have any trouble, please feel free to call us at 800-920-6745 and press 1. This will connect you with our order desk. If we are unavailable, please leave your name and number and we will call you back.

  1. 1) Click "Shop" at the top left corner of any page (its on the gold bar below the logo). This will take you to the "All" page where you will see all of our products.
  2. 2) If you would like to narrow the list you can click the catagories on the left side. This will only show product from the catagory you've selected.
  3. 3) Click on the product you would like to learn more about. This will take you to a page with a story and the products shown below it.
  4. 4) Click on any of the product colors or click the words "Click to Explore the Collection...". This will show the price and more information about the product.
  5. 5) Click on any of the product colors to see a larger view.
  6. 6) Click "BUY NOW" to select the size, color, quantity you would like. This will bring up a small pop up window with drop down boxes.
  7. 7) Select the size, color and quantity and then click "Add to Cart".  The popup window will then disappear and your shopping cart will be updated to include the item you've added.
  8. 8) You can continue to shop by following the same instructions above.
  9. 9) If at any time you'd like to see what is in your shopping cart or you would like to check out, click "View Cart" in the upper right corner of every page.
  10. 10) Once the cart appears your can change quantities using the + and - signs on the left side or remove items by clicking the "Remove Item" on the right side.
  11. 11) Once you're happy with the contents of your shopping cart you can check out by clicking "Proceed to Check Out".
  12. 12) On the Check Out page you'll be asked to first enter your email address and then create an account or check out with out creating an account.
  13. 13) Next you will be asked to enter your shipping address. If you are a returning customer your shipping address will appear. You can change it if necessary.
  14. 14) If your shipping and billing address are the same you can check box at the top that says "Use this as my billing address" if they are different please uncheck this box.
  15. 15) If you unchecked the box above you will then be prompted to enter your billing address.
  16. 16) Next you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and confirm your order.
  17. 17) If your credit card is approved you will receive an order number and receipt. You will also receive an automatic email from our warehouse letting you know your order is being processed.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

Our website will tell you when an item is unavailable (out of stock) at the time you place an order. If you're a registered customer and you  leave the out of stock item(s) in your shopping cart  you will be notified via email when stock becomes available.  However there are those times when someone in the warehouse miscounted and our computer doesn’t match what we really have.  In this case if you have already placed an order for an item that was in stock and we discover the item really isn’t we will call or email you to rectify the situation.

How to determine what size to order?

Our boxers and boxer briefs are sized according to pant waist size. You should pick a size (S 28-30, M 32-34, L 36-38, XL 40-42, XXL 44-46) that includes your pant waist size. If you are in between sizes we recommend going up a size in most cases. You should also consider whether you have a large frame and flat stomach or a small frame and large stomach (big belly). Larger framed guys and taller guys should almost always go up a size. Smaller framed guys should likely go down a size unless they want a larger fit. Either way the waist band will easily accommodate you.

Each style we offer is bit different in the way it fits. In most case the description on the "buy now" popup window will tell you the type of fit you can expect.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. However if you’re from the old school and want to pay by check or money order please call us to place your orders. We’re happy to accept these forms of payment but the process is a little more time consuming.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received that will include an order number for reference. In addition a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.  You are always welcome to contact us via email (orders@handsomesmooths.com) or phone (800-920-6745 ex 81) if you would like to know more information about your order.  We can provide USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers to you upon request.

Shipping

What are your shipping methods and costs?

Handsome Smooths is serious about making shopping quicker and easier for customers however we don’t think it should cost more. For this we always offer FREE standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail)  for all USA orders regardless of order size or type. The shipping cost for all international orders is $25 regardless of the size.  Please note that all International customers are responsible for paying any duties/tariffs upon receipt.

All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST M-F typically ship the same day.  Orders placed after 12:00PM M-T will ship the next day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST on Friday or anytime over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.  US customers can expect receipt in 2 to 4 days. If you decide this is simply too long to wait we wouldn’t blame you so we also offer our US customers the option of USPS Express Mail (Overnight). Unfortunately we’ll have to charge you for the cost to ship by this faster method but we certainly won’t tack on any extra fees. The current cost of Express Mail service is listed on the checkout page.  All international orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail and take about 4 - 7 days.

Where do you ship to?

Since we ship via USPS we can easily ship to any address in the USA including APO/FPO and PO Boxes. We also ship internationally to any address that is served by Global Priortity Mail.
